Very Very Vegas Walking Tours Cancellation Policy

At Very Very Vegas, we strive to offer our guests unforgettable walking tours of Las Vegas, ensuring a memorable experience of the city's vibrant life, rich history, and stunning sights. We understand, however, that plans can change. To accommodate this, we have developed a fair and straightforward cancellation policy.

Cancellation by You:

  • More than 48 hours before the tour start time: Guests can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the tour's scheduled start time for a full refund. This gives us enough time to offer your spot to another interested guest and manage our tour schedules effectively.

  • Less than 48 hours before the tour start time: Due to the planning and resources invested in preparing for each tour, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour's start time are not eligible for a refund. We offer the option to reschedule your tour for another date, subject to availability.

  • No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Cancellation by Us: Very Very Vegas reserves the right to cancel any tour due to extreme weather conditions, unforeseen operational concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such rare instances, we will offer guests the option to reschedule their tour to another date or receive a full refund.

Rescheduling: We understand that flexibility is important. Guests wishing to reschedule their tour must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs and ensure you enjoy the Very Very Vegas experience to its fullest.
